Sarah Helaouet
Osteopath
Sarah treats patients of all ages and especially enjoys helping new families and
their babies, using her paediatric training to release tension and improve function
in the clinic's smallest patients. She has trained further in neurological
development and infant feeding, with a specific interest in tongue tie.
With older patients she combines cranial, visceral and structural techniques. Sarah
gained her Masters at the College Osteopathique de Bordeaux and worked with the
international department of the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone,
examining undergraduates and interpreting for French and Belgian students. She
speaks French.

- Level 3 award in emergency first aid at work
In clinic Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus Saturday mornings.
